GKH, LLC proposes a hotel, restaurant, offices and rooftop bar at 437 Broad Street. Gadsden council members are scheduled to consider a 10-year tax incentive agreement Oct. 30.
Infrastructure
Northeast Etowah Water Co-op plans to replace roughly 2.2 miles of aging water main in a nearly $1 million project. Residents have until November 12 to submit comments.
